Mr. Kippy’s Storytime is offered twice a week. Weaving his magic with stories, music, drama, theatrics, and interactive play the energetic Mr. Kippy shares stories with our young patrons. A program for elementary students if offered every Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. A program for pre-schoolers is offered every Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Both programs are free to anyone in the community, no registration is required, and parents are welcomed to attend.
The After-School Program runs from September to mid May and is offered every Tuesday from 3:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. The After-School Program offers an opportunity for students from 3rd grade through junior high school to gather in the library and enjoy visiting with each other in a relaxed environment. There are games, music, assistance with homework, craft projects, and holiday parties. Come hang out after school and be part of the fun!
The Summer Reading Club is happens each year in June and July for children of all ages, from Kindergarten through high school. Regular weekly club meetings include activities to keep kids reading all summer long. Prizes and other incentives are provided for everyone participating in this program.
