Hildegard Schmidt Garden Center

This facility is located at 2740 Mustang Avenue across from Leon Taylor Junior High. The facility will accommodate 100 people depending on the type of event. The Garden Center has tables and chairs to seat 100 people and a full kitchen facility. This facility is used by many non-profits in the Community including the Rotary and Lions Club. Live or amplified music and alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Resident Rental Rates

$100 Deposit, $15 per hour with a 4 hour minimum, a $10 local non-profit fee per usage, plus a $25 non-refundable booking fee per event.

Non-Resident Rental Rates

$300 Deposit, $30 per hour with a 4 hour minimum, plus a $25 non-refundable booking fee per event.
