5. Who picks up my household garbage and how often?: When you sign up for water service at City Hall, you will be given a schedule of when Allied Waste picks up in your neighborhood. Your residence will be issued a blue garbage bin from Allied Waste and garbage will be picked up twice weekly.

10. The street light outside my house is out. Who do I call?: If you notice a street light that is out, you can report it at AEP Texas's website or you can call 877-373-4858 to report it to the local power company. It helps to have a street location or pole number available when you call.
