The City of Ingleside has a variety of facilities to help you plan the perfect location for your meeting or party needs, whether it's a reunion, barbecue, shower or a space for a meeting. All of our facilities are designed to meet your needs for that special occasion. Our staff is available to work with you and your space requirements and equipment needs. When you call, we will work with you to determine the best facility for your event and assist you in making all your events special. Cove Park
Cove Park, a five acre public park is situated between Ingleside on the Bay and the City of Ingleside, off of Highway 1069. Built in 1991, this park has two free lighted public boat ramps that offer boaters and fishermen a direct outlet into LaQuinta Channel and Corpus Christi Bay.

Faith Park
Faith Park is located adjacent to City Hall on Mustang Drive. Centrally located between residential neighborhoods, City Hall and the schools, Faith Park was conceived and developed by the Garden Club in the 1970s.

Hildegard Schmidt Garden Center - Closed
This facility is located at 2740 Mustang Avenue across from Leon Taylor Junior High. The facility will accommodate 100 people depending on the type of event. The Garden Center has tables and chairs to seat 100 people and a full kitchen facility. Facility is currently under construction.

Humble Community & Youth Center
This joint-use facility serves as a Community Center and a Youth Center. The Center is located at the corner of Main & W. Main at 2821 Main Street.

The Ingleside Skate Park
The Skate Park is the heart of N.O. Simmons Park. The 15,000 square foot, lighted, concrete park has been described by pro skaters as one of the best public skating parks in the state of Texas. The Skate Park is free to the public and it’s open from dawn until 10:00 p.m. every day. The entire skating area is fenced for protection of the skaters and spectators alike.

The Ingleside Splash Pad
The Ingleside Splash Pad is the newest and most popular addition to the City of Ingleside's NO. Simmons Park. The Splash Pad is free to the public and it's open from 10 am until 8 pm every day during the summer. There is a covered pavilion with picnic tables next to the Splash Pad so parents can sit and watch their children in the shade.

Ingleside Senior Citizen Center
The Ingleside Senior Citizens’ Center serves the needs of Ingleside’s older citizens by providing opportunities and resources for nutrition, health, recreation and social interaction. Any Senior in the community is welcomed to attend and join the Center.

Live Oak Park
Live Oak Park is set on approximately 90 beautiful oak covered acres in South Ingleside. In this park one will find many fun, family oriented and athletic activities to do.

Oak Terrace Park
Oak Terrace Park located on Eighth Street is a semi-residential park that is tucked away under a grove of winding oak trees. Here one will find slides, swings, seesaws, rockers, tables, and benches within the park.

Whitney Lake
The Whitney Lake is open to the public and free of charge. What began as a drainage project has evolved into a nature lovers' dream come true. The City acquired 70 acres of land that are protected wetlands and upland buffer areas within the Lake Whitney and McCampbell Slough area of Live Oak Peninsula to provide a public recreation and education access area.

N.O. Simmons Park: Skate Park & Splash Pad
The Ingleside N.O. Simmons Park is the centerpiece of the City of Ingleside’s Parks. Located just off Highway 361, the park features a walking / running track, lots of playground equipment, sports fields, and a large pavilion.

Parks Awards
On February 27, 2020 the Ingleside Parks and Recreation Department was the recipient of the 2020 Lone Star Recreation Programming Achievement Award, Class IV, for their Family Night Series.
