The City of Ingleside now uses a new and improved site to provide utility customers access to certain utility account information and to process payments. Utility customers will be able to view the following information: their account balance, due date, payment arrangements, contracts, deposits on file, transaction history, and consumption history. Customers can also submit requests to reread their meter, replace their broken/missing toter, and update their phone number or mailing address.
When using the site for the first time, you will need to create an account in which you will need to provide your e-mail address and the amount of your last bill.
Payments may be made with a Visa or MasterCard. There is a 5% convenience fee to process your payment, which will be added at the time the payment is made. Payments may take up to 24 hours to post to your account.
