Utility Business Office

MISSION STATEMENT: 
The mission of the Utility Business Office is to provide excellent, friendly, and professional customer service to the citizens and customers of Ingleside while maintaining an accurate and efficient water billing system.

OPERATING HOURS 
The City's Utility Business Office is opened Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Closed on Holidays).  If you have a water and/or sewer emergency while we are closed, please call the Ingleside Police Department at 361-776-2531.

HOLIDAYS OBSERVED: 
New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and following Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
