ANNUAL AUDITED FINANCIAL REPORT
At the end of every fiscal year, the City has a Certified Public Accounting firm perform the annual audit on the City's financial records. In accordance with State policies, the annual audit is to be completed and received by the City Council by January 31st of every year. Upon being accepted by the City Council, a Public Notice is published in the local newspaper informing the citizens that the annual audit is available for their inspection.

COMPLIANCE with HB 3693
STAP members will comply with the requirements of HB 3693 (Government Code § 2264.001(b)) by compiling and posting the following information as soon as practicable after December 31:
1) The total metered amount of electricity, water and natural gas used by the city or governmental entity for its services in each year. The annual metered amounts can be separately listed for each utility service without violating confidentiality terms.
2) The total amount paid for electricity, water and natural gas in each year. The total annual cost paid for the three utility services should be posted as one figure.
